Seaford Park was originally developed as a caravan park. There are now predominantly
stand-alone cottages. The owners of the properties pay a lease of their site on a yearly basis.
The owner is responsible for the upkeep of their own site. The yearly lease is a fixed amount.
This is currently $100 per week, whether they live on site or not.

There are no casual bookings in the park. This creates the security of being in a park
and makes for a safer environment.

The park is similar to a retirement village, very much a community atmosphere, which
provides a feeling of companionship for its residents. It is not restricted to retired people
and we have owners of varying ages. To retain this atmosphere we have a limit of two
people per site on a permanent basis. To live in the park is a “lifestyle choice.”
